Howdens Trade Day Raises £265.60 in memory of Margie

Many thanks to the team at Howdens who recently hosted a Trade Day, raising £265.60 for Berwick Cancer Cars in remembrance of Margie Nicholl. The team also bravely took a turn in the ‘stocks’ getting pelted with soggy sponges to boost their donation!! Manager Tara said that Margie’s son Arran is an account holder at Howdens and it was decided that all money raised would be donated to our Cars in her memory, for which we are very grateful. Margie was much loved and very fondly remembered and we were pleased to be able to assist Margie and her family when they needed our help.

We met with Howdens team Dave Allen, Carl Freeburn, Charlotte Purvis, Sacha McLachlan and manager Tara Foggon.
