Roddam Court Christmas Lights raise £2,600.64 for our Cars

Our incredible friends at Roddam Court have once again helped to raise a fantastic sum of money with their popular Christmas Lights display.

Many thanks to all those who stopped by and donated, raising an amazing £2,600.64, such wonderful generosity from the whole community in support of Berwick Cancer Cars.

Roddam Court resident Marjorie Read who posted daily updates on social media said “Everyone in Roddam Court would like to say a huge thank you to all of you who supported our lights. We have had great support from the town. It was so nice to see the children walk around gazing at them, it made Christmas special! I wish you all a happy and healthy 2023 and hope you will all return again later this year.”

The festive lights display ran from 15th December to 1st January and were bigger and better than ever. Santa himself made a special visit to see the lights and meet the residents.

In 2021 we named one of our cars “Roddy” in fond recognition of the Roddam Court residents for their incredible support in raising thousands of pounds for us every year
