Three 5k Walks - Do One Or All Three!
Come and join us for another of our 'Three 5k Walks' - The choice is yours. Take part in one or all three. £5 entry whether you do one, two or three of the walks. Explore our beautiful area and help us raise some funds for our support services.
Setting off from our new home @ 8 Tweed Street our volunteers will give you an encouraging send off and a welcoming return with a mug of something warm and a bacon roll.
£5 entry or if you like you can collect sponsors. Forms can be downloaded by CLICKING HERE or pop us a message and we shall print some off for you.
Route 1
- Leave our building and turn right up to Railway Street.
- Down to the river via Castle Vale Park.
- Turn right along the river.
- Up the hill through The Plantation.
- Turn right up the track to Castle Terrace.
- Turn right down Castle Terrace down to The Station.
- Follow Tweed Street down to our building.
Route 2
- Leave our building and turn left onto Castlegate.
- Head down Castlegate and turn right down Bank Hill.
- Join The Walls at The Old Bridge.
- At Pier Road drop down under the bridge to Pier Field.
- Follow the cliff path up to the Golf Course to join The Holiday Camp.
- Continue up the Golf Course to The Jingler Bridge.
- Turn left through Westfield to North Road.
- Turn right through Castle Drive to Castle Terrace.
- Turn left passing the Railway Station.
- Follow Tweed Street down to our building.
Route 3
- Leave our building and turn left onto Castlegate.
- Head down Castlegate and turn right down Bank Hill.
- Cross the Old Bridge to Tweedmouth.
- Left along Dock Road passing the Harbour and RNLI Station.
- Turn right at the Albion Pub and up to the Sport Centre roundabout.
- All the way down Tweedmouth Main Street and cross the New Bridge.
- Left Up Castlegate.
- Right at The Red Lion Pub and round to Tweed Street and our building.
