Tweedmouth Bowling Club Gingerbread Man Fundraiser!

On 26th November at the Presentation Evening at Tweedmouth Bowling Club David Crisp ran a “Guess the weight of the Gingerbread Man” competition in aid of Berwick Cancer Cars. £61 was raised and the winner was our very own Malcolm Scott, a driver for the Cars. One of our sponsors at the Club, Brian Hossack of A1 cabs then donated £40 to buy the Gingerbread Man from Malcolm, and our other sponsor at the event Graham Hope topped up the amount by £50 to raise the total to £151. One of the other attendees, Pauline Laidlaw donated her football card winnings to the Cars, so the total amount raised on the evening for the cars was £171. We always receive such amazing support from everyone at Tweedmouth Bowling Club and are really grateful for their generosity!
