David and George’s Memorial Bowls Raises £210

Tweedmouth Bowling Club remembers their friends and members well. Each year a memorial bowls competition is played in memory of ‘David Scott and George Meakin’ with George’s Grandson, Tai taking on the role of ‘Head of the Organising Committee’. The competition entries were so large this year it was played at both Tweedmouth and Berwick Clubs. Whilst raising funds for the club, Tai (pictured) also invited us along to give us a donation of £210 from the competition entries. As always it is a delight to visit our friends at the club.
