Great Support from the Northstar Centre

Our tremendous thanks for the support from our great friends at Berwick’s Northstar Centre who donated £250 to our cars from their Christmas stall at Berwick Morrisons last year from the sale of keyrings, festive jewellery, lavender bags, coasters and Christmas cards – all handmade by the centre users!! Due to strict COVID restrictions it was not possible until now for us to pop along and say THANK YOU. So we were delighted to be invited down to the Northern View to meet everyone and to be handed their donation cheque.

“The Northstar Centre is a Northumberland County Council managed day service for adults with learning disabilities in Berwick-upon-Tweed and the surrounding area. We offer a wide range of activities designed specifically around our clients’ developmental and individual care needs.”

Our heartfelt thanks to Julia and all the team who do such an incredible job and to all their amazing service users, we had a lot of fun meeting and chatting with them and finding out all the wonderful things they do at the centre!
