Our fantastic friends at the Lindisfarne Inn nominated Berwick Cancer Cars for a £2500 donation through The Inn Collection Group’s “Give Inn Back” initiative. We were delighted to meet the Lindisfarne Inn team to be pictured with them alongside one of our Cars, Pearl.
From the Northumberland Gazette – “The Lindisfarne Inn helps Berwick Cancer Cars keep the motor running” A charity that offers a lifeline transportation service to cancer patients in north Northumberland has received a welcome boost of funds courtesy of The Lindisfarne Inn.
Lindisfarne Inn general manager Zoe Butler said: “We’re very happy to be donating to the group. It was a cause that the team at the pub felt would be a very deserving cause.
“We were aware of their work as the mum of one of the assistant managers here has used the service, so we liked the idea of helping something that helps someone within our team.”
