Caitlin Anne’s Coffee Morning (fundraising update!)

During this time of uncertainty we are thrilled to share with you a recent Good News Story Update !! You may remember that on the 15th February young Caitlin (aged 12) held a coffee morning, hosted by our wonderful friends and supporters at the Tweedmouth Bowling Club. Caitlin wanted to give something back to the Cars for helping her Aunty Seline who sadly passed away last year, so she organised a coffee morning – all on her own! Arranging all the raffle tickets and prizes herself too. On the day she received a ‘Commanders Compliment for Bravery and Kindness’ from Northumbria Police.

Caitlin popped in to see us a couple of weeks ago to give us the brilliant news her final total fundraising amount was £1629. Outstanding!
