Lucy Grieve – Inspirational Superhero !!

We do love a bit of a “Good News Monday Post!!” here at Berwick Cancer Cars!! And we’re delighted to share wonderful news from one of our clients Lucy Grieve.

“From diagnosis to surgery to radiotherapy to ringing the bell – all in just under 5 months! Truly amazing! Huge thanks to everyone for their messages, gifts, offers of help over the past few months. Huge thanks to Berwick Cancer Cars and their amazing drivers for giving up their free time to help myself and others!”

Whilst still undergoing treatment Lucy bravely decided to take on the Great North Run in September and joined the Berwick Cancer Cars GNR team, completing the 13.1 mile course with husband Martin and great pal Emma Coyle at her side. Due to the phenomenal generosity of her friends and family Lucy raised over £1400 for our Cars. An amazing and heroic lady and a true inspiration.
