Meeting the NCC Volunteer Network Coordination Team
Wednesday 7th June 2023
Great pleasure to meet with Sarah and her Volunteer Network Coordination Team from Northumberland County Council today!
The team came along to Berwick with their exhibition van to meet the residents to promote volunteering opportunities within the NCC and the work of “Northumberland Communities Together”. A great initiative and we were very proud to have been asked along.
During this year’s Volunteer’s Week we celebrated by welcoming people to our new home at 8 Tweed Street and holding our first Annual 5k walk event and our first “Tea @TweedStreet” which were both a great success!
Photographed alongside Berwick Cancer Cars Committee volunteer representatives are Paul and Sarah from the NCC Volunteer Network Coordination Team, and Geoff from the Citizens Advice Bureau.
