Over £800 raised on our annual Town Walls Walk!
The Berwick Cancer Cars annual Town Walls Walk is always popular and we’re thrilled to say this year’s walk and chat get-together around our beautiful Elizabethan Town Walls was the biggest one yet! Over 90 people joined our Berwick Cancer Cars volunteers, many of them accompanied by their fabulous four legged friends who had as much fun as their “mums and dads!”
Massive thank you to all those who came along and to all those who so very kindly and generously donated, over £800 has been raised so far and we are incredibly grateful to all our amazing supporters.
Once again our great friends The Plundering Pirates of the North East joined in and afterwards continued the fundraising fun at the Spittal Bowling Club with games and much jollity, the brilliant Auckland Shanty Singers from Bishop Auckland entertained everyone with their infamous set of sea shanties, always a lot of fun to see and hear them perform!
